HMC’s IMF7-16 poucher forms and fills flexible pouches with precise tablet counts, while Bartelt’s BCC-S cartoner efficiently loads finished pouches into cartons, all in a continuous, integrated flow. In this application, the line is packaging 30 vitamin tablets per pouch at speeds of up to 80 pouches per minute.
The result: accurate dosing, smooth product transfer, and reliable performance designed for high-speed vitamin packaging.
