IMF Series HFFS Pouching Machines
The IMF Pouchmaster horizontal form fill seal series delivers high-speed filling for free-flowing products, including powders, with speeds of up to 160 ppm made possible through several key design elements.
Increased fill time per pouch cycle allows bag making and filling to occur at significantly higher speeds. A servo‑driven product transfer funnel system indexes in sync with the pouch station, inserting a traveling funnel into the top of each pouch, eliminating the need for vacuum opening. Pouch material handling is further enhanced through an optional power web unwind system. Additionally, larger filler tooling, sized to the funnel rather than the pouch opening, enables faster product dispensing. Product is filled over four to six stations as the funnel travels with the pouch, improving control and throughput.
