IMTN Series HFFS Pouching Machines
The IMTN Pouchmaster horizontal form fill seal series delivers high‑speed filling for liquid products with top die‑cut pouches, offering one of the most flexible machine designs available today. Speeds of up to 100 pouches per minute (1‑up) are frequently achieved across many liquid applications.
Extended fill time per pouch cycle allows bag making and filling to occur at significantly higher speeds. A servo‑driven traveling funnel system moves in sync with the pouches, inserting the nozzle directly into the top of each pouch for accurate product transfer. An optional power web unwind system improves pouch material handling, while longer fill times are achieved as the nozzle travels with the pouch over four cycles, enhancing control and consistency.
The IMTN Pouchmaster supports a wide range of applications, including personal care products such as gels, shampoos, and conditioners, as well as food products like goo‑style energy gels. Engineered to minimize waste and ensure seal integrity, this HFFS pouching machine outperforms standard systems that often struggle with liquid containment at high speeds. By precisely synchronizing the traveling nozzle with pouch movement, the IMTN reduces spills, minimizes cleaning downtime, and delivers consistent throughput with higher daily productivity.
