Do you need a horizontal form fill and seal (HFFS) machine but have a tight budget or short timeline? Our rebuild and conversion services are the solution for you.
Many older pouch machines have obsolete electronics and schematics that have not been updated. Or they have mechanical transmissions that are inefficient with many moving parts. In today's packaging environments, equipment owners want efficiency and machine control that can't be provided with older machines.
HMC Products can provide new controls and replace mechanical transmissions with servo controls. Standard packages and conversions are available with short lead times and onsite installations by our travel service techs. Major conversions are performed at HMC with our highly skilled engineering staff.
