IMTN Series
The IMTN Pouchmaster horizontal form fill seal series provides high speed filling of liquid products with top die cut in the most flexible machine design available on the market today. Speeds up to 100 ppm 1-Up are frequently observed with many liquids.
- Increased fill time per pouch cycle which allows bag making and filling at much higher speeds.
- A product transfer funnel servo system indexing at the same rate as the pouch index which inserts a traveling funnel into the top of each pouch.
- Improved pouch material handling via power web unwind system (option).
- Longer fill times as the nozzle travels with the pouch over 4 cycles.
The IMTN Pouchmaster supports personal care products including viscous products such as gels, shampoos, conditioners as well as food products such as goo energy gels.
